Saviour my heart

"International cooperation 4 the first time ever that we are aware of. Combining different studios and recording techniques. The process hit many snags but via constant email and Yahoo messanger these were ironed out.

JBP acted as the hub of the experiment and was in final control of all editing. We hope u like it and can inspire u all to talk to each other. " Swordfish

The story of the song is to be found at:

Held him aside

The strangest chords I ever came up with, not intentionally, though. The song idea is about 4-5 yrs old but it was redone a couple of months ago into this version. One slight problem you might notice is the drums - I think I might have used the same pattern for this song and GRUGE. It's just that my wave library is very limited.
Please tell me what you think about this song.

ANYDAY

This is a song I made some time ago. Did not know really what do with it and I sent my track to JBP. So he completed the tune with a melody, lyrics, guitars and vocals.

So it has become another wonderful song (I think) in this colaboration between JBP and me.

The first title was "the trash song". But anyhow this is what we are coming up with. And if you like it.....

....... please please rate it

A Name Like Tobleron

It's "A Name Like Toblerone" it just wouldn't fit it all in.

I wrote aobut this woman down our hill who is like 30, but looks about 70. Sad sad story. So I wrote this song. Which probably has nothing to do with her, but was inspired by her.

VERSE 1:

Severed fingernails beneath the teeth she bites them with,
A silver bangle dangling from her wrist.
Knuckles white and hard from years of smoking cigarettes,
She doesn't have that long (I think you get the gist)

She's a sinker,
On a fishing wire.

VERSE 2:

She's this crooked little easel of a girl,
Clumps of hair they tear and fall about the place.
And when she smiles (which isn't often, and it takes a while)
It's like her lips against the grain of her face.

She's a sinker,
And she's cast away.

VERSE 3:

She has a name because her mother called her Toblerone,
She has a dog which she just calls Dog.
And when it yelps it coughs and splutters through the living room,
And wades its way into the niccotene fog.

She's a sinker,
She's a sinker,
She's a sinker,

And she's sinking down,

Here.

I like doing nothing

A new song of mine - hope you like.

I'd love to know what you think, please.

The lyrics are as follow:

In fact, no one has time anymore,
Why should we hide it - we all need to try and catch our life
But how about less noise around us?
And fewer phone calls, fewer meetings, fewer places....?

Chorus: La la la la la I like doing nothing,
La la la la la absolutely nothing
La la la la la I like wasting my time
La la la la la completely

HOPE YOU CAN INDENTIFY

what

The full title is: What were you thinking

This is the lyrics posted in the lyric review... anyway, I was working on a different instrumental piece, and just kind of added her lyrics to it, and it worked, so I had to record it, although I ended up using her vocal stylings, as mine are not very good... so here is me on guitars, and Linda( My Mrs.) on Vocals... I hope you enjoy it......

This is a far cry from what I have put on lately.. This is a more serious recording.. no goofing around on this one.. though It was put together fast, I don't have a real good way to record vocals, so the quality is bad on the vocal track... but hopefully I can repair that later... :)

                              Thanks, and enjoy...

Evergreen

Finally! It works! this is quite seriously my 6th attempt at getting this song to load and play. Well done Chester. Well done.

Yes, so this is an old song... but has always held sentimental value with me :)

Check out my other stuff, I load another 2 songs today. A piano one, and then half a song... because i lost the other half... long story.

Seems a lot of people are adding lyrics. So I thought I'd put mine on a couple of songs :)

VERSE 1

So you’ve run away again?
And left nothing in your place.
Except a shadow and a sin,
Etched forever in your space.

PRECHORUS:

Than she turns to you and smiles,
At where you’ve been.
And says life ain’t,
Evergreen.

CHORUS:

Come fall down,
Get blown around.
You’re a leaf up in the air,
And it’s the autumn of your year.

VERSE 2

Well time is coming round the bend,
It seems you try too hard to smile.
And it’s only near the end,
That you find your inner child.

PRECHORUS:
It’s always,
Inbetween.
That you find life ain’t,
Evergreen.

CHORUS:

Come fall down,
Get blown around.
You’re a leaf up in the air,
And it’s the autumn of your year. X2

OUTRO:

You’re a leaf up in the air,
And it’s the autumn of your year.
Your year.

Hope you enjoy it.
